From the Partner Page, partners can:

• Add and manage merchants.
• Create branches to track performance and monitor transactions on a geographic view.
• Assign and manage terminals per branch or merchant.

These capabilities give partners full visibility across their ecosystem.

Insights & Ranking

The Overview Dashboard provides real-time insights and rankings, including:

• Performance summaries across all merchants.
• Identification of top-performing merchants.
• Rankings to highlight merchants generating the strongest results.

This enables partners to make data-driven decisions and support their merchants effectively.

Role & Permission Management

Partners can create and adjust role permissions for their merchants and users. This provides flexibility in granting access levels and ensuring secure control across the platform.

White Label Management

Partners can fully customize their white-labeled dashboard to match their brand identity. This includes:

Email Configuration

Partners can configure their own SMTP settings to control all outgoing emails to their merchants. Required fields include:

• Mail From
• Company Name
• SMTP Username
• SMTP Host
• SMTP Port
• SMTP Password

A test option is available so partners can verify the setup before sharing it with their merchants.

SMS Configuration

Partners can configure their own SMS settings using our supported third-party providers:

• Teqniat
• Bab

Theme Customization

• Theme Colors: Define primary colors, sidebar colors, and sidebar icon colors for both lightanddark modes.
