Partner

The Partner Page gives partners centralized control over their white-labeled SoftPOS platform. From this page, partners can onboard merchants, configure branding and communication channels, and maintain operational oversight across their ecosystem.

This page explains what partners are responsible for, while detailed workflows are documented separately where needed.

Merchant Management

Partners can create and manage merchants under their platform.

Key capabilities include:

  • Creating merchant accounts
  • Updating merchant information
  • Activating or deactivating merchants
  • Managing merchant configurations and limits

Merchant-level daily operations and transaction activities are handled by merchants, while overall control remains with the partner.

Branch & Terminal Oversight

Partners can structure merchant operations using branches and terminals.

At a high level, partners can:

  • Create and manage branches representing physical or logical locations
  • Assign terminals to merchants or branches
  • Change terminal ownership between merchants under the same partner
  • Unbind terminals to allow reconnection to other devices

Detailed configuration and operational steps are documented in the *Branch Management* and Terminal Management pages.

Platform Visibility & Insights

Partners have visibility across all merchants on their platform, enabling them to:

  • Monitor overall transaction performance
  • Identify trends across merchants
  • Support merchants using aggregated insights

Transaction filtering, exporting, and reporting details are available in Reports & Transactions, while financial balancing processes are explained in Reconciliation.

Communication Channels Configuration

Partners control how system notifications are delivered across their platform.

This includes:

  • Configuring email delivery using SMTP
  • Enabling SMS delivery through supported providers
  • Enabling WhatsApp notifications
  • Testing message delivery before enabling production use

Provider-specific fields and testing steps are detailed in Email, SMS & WhatsApp Configuration.

White-Label Branding & Theme Configuration

Partners can fully brand the SoftPOS dashboard and experience to match their identity.

Branding capabilities include:

  • Defining primary and secondary colors
  • Customizing sidebar and icon colors
  • Supporting both light and dark modes
  • Uploading branding assets such as logos and UI images

Detailed branding options and image management are explained in Theme Configuration.

APK Customizer

Partners can generate a fully branded SoftPOS Android application (APK) for their platform.

Using the APK Customizer, partners can:

  • Define the application name
  • Set partner identifiers
  • Customize primary and text colors
  • Upload partner logo and launcher icon
  • Apply branding to the login and splash screens

After completing the configuration, partners can build and download the customized APK, ready for distribution to merchants.

Checkout Templates

Partners can customize the checkout user interface used across integrations.

Checkout templates allow partners to:

  • Choose from multiple predefined checkout designs
  • Preview checkout layouts before selection
  • Assign templates per integration or use case

This ensures a consistent and branded checkout experience across different payment flows.

Access Control & Token Management

Partners manage authentication mechanisms used by integrations, users, and terminals.

This includes:

  • Generating and disabling API tokens
  • Managing SDK tokens for terminals and users
  • Controlling token scope and expiration

Full token lifecycle details are available in Token Management.

Integrations & Automation

Partners can integrate external systems and automate workflows using webhooks.

Webhooks allow real-time delivery of system events to external endpoints, supporting automated processing and synchronization with third-party systems.

Configuration, delivery behavior, and monitoring are detailed in the Webhook section.

Monitoring & Logs

Partners can review system activity and security events through logs.

Available logs include:

  • Login activity logs
  • Audit logs for system actions
  • Threat and error logs related to API or SDK usage

Log filtering and investigation details are documented in the Logs page.
