Email, SMS & WhatsApp Configuration
Overview
The Email, SMS & WhatsApp Configuration page allows Partners to configure and manage communication channels used to send notifications to their merchants and customers.
These configurations control how system messages such as payment links, notifications, and alerts are delivered.
Email Configuration
Partners can configure their own SMTP email settings to control all outgoing emails.
Email Configuration Fields

| Mail From | The email address that appears as the sender |
| Company Name | The company name shown in email communications |
| SMTP Username | Username provided by the email service provider |
| SMTP Host | The SMTP server address |
| SMTP Port | The SMTP port number |
| SMTP Password | Password for the SMTP account |
Email Testing
| Field | Description |

| Receiver Name | Name of the email recipient |
| Receiver Email | Email address to receive the test message |
| Body Text | Content of the test email message |
This allows partners to confirm that emails are sent successfully before using the configuration in production.
SMS Configuration
Partners can configure SMS services using supported third-party providers.

SMS Configuration Fields
SMS configuration fields depend on the selected provider.
Teqniat Configuration

| Sender ID | The sender name displayed in the SMS |
| Endpoint URL | The Teqniat API endpoint |
| Access Token | Authentication token provided by Teqniat |
Bab & Mesgat Configuration

| Sender ID | The sender name displayed in the SMS |
| Endpoint URL | The provider’s API endpoint |
| Username | Username provided by the SMS provider |
| Password | Password provided by the SMS provider |
SMS Testing

| Receiver Name | Name of the SMS recipient |
| Mobile Number | Mobile number to receive the SMS |
| Message Text | Content of the SMS message |
This ensures the SMS configuration is working correctly before it is used by merchants.
WhatsApp Configuration
Partners can configure WhatsApp messaging to send notifications such as payment links.
WhatsApp Configuration Fields

WhatsApp Testing

Edit Mode
All configuration sections support:
- View mode (read-only)
- Edit mode (enabled using the Edit button)
Changes are saved only after confirmation.
Key Notes
- Configuration changes apply immediately after saving
- Test functionality should always be used before enabling configurations
- Incorrect configuration may result in failed notifications
- Credentials should be kept secure and not shared
