Email, SMS & WhatsApp Configuration

Overview

The Email, SMS & WhatsApp Configuration page allows Partners to configure and manage communication channels used to send notifications to their merchants and customers.

These configurations control how system messages such as payment links, notifications, and alerts are delivered.


Email Configuration

Partners can configure their own SMTP email settings to control all outgoing emails.

Email Configuration Fields

Mail FromThe email address that appears as the sender
Company NameThe company name shown in email communications
SMTP UsernameUsername provided by the email service provider
SMTP HostThe SMTP server address
SMTP PortThe SMTP port number
SMTP PasswordPassword for the SMTP account


Email Testing

Receiver NameName of the email recipient
Receiver EmailEmail address to receive the test message
Body TextContent of the test email message

This allows partners to confirm that emails are sent successfully before using the configuration in production.


SMS Configuration

Partners can configure SMS services using supported third-party providers.

  • Bab
  • Mesgat

SMS Configuration Fields

SMS configuration fields depend on the selected provider.


Teqniat Configuration

Bab & Mesgat Configuration

SMS Testing

This ensures the SMS configuration is working correctly before it is used by merchants.


WhatsApp Configuration

Partners can configure WhatsApp messaging to send notifications such as payment links.

WhatsApp Testing

Edit Mode

All configuration sections support:

  • View mode (read-only)
  • Edit mode (enabled using the Edit button)

Changes are saved only after confirmation.


Key Notes

  • Configuration changes apply immediately after saving
  • Test functionality should always be used before enabling configurations
  • Incorrect configuration may result in failed notifications
  • Credentials should be kept secure and not shared
