Go Live CheckList

To activate your account in Live Mode, you must complete the following essential requirements. This checklist ensures your EdfaPay integration is thoroughly tested, secure, and fully prepared for production transactions.

Please ensure all of the following integration and validation steps are completed before requesting live activation.

• Test API Calls with Your Credentials

  Import the official EdfaPay Postman Collection into Postman.

  Configure your sandbox credentials within the environment.

  Perform at least one test payment using either the Initiate API or the Sale S2S API.

• Webhook Verification

  Verify that your system correctly receives and processes webhook notifications from EdfaPay. This ensures real-time updates on transaction statuses and other important events, critical for automated workflows and reconciliation.

• Transaction Status Check

  Implement and test the Transaction Status API to reliably retrieve the current status of any payment. This is crucial for confirming successful transactions, handling pending states, and managing any failed attempts within your application.

• Hash Generation

  • Understand and correctly implement the hash generation mechanism for securing your API requests. This cryptographic signature ensures the integrity and authenticity of data exchanged with EdfaPay, protecting against tampering and unauthorized access.

• Refund Flow

  Test your integration's ability to process refunds successfully. This includes initiating refunds for completed transactions and verifying that the correct amounts are credited back, ensuring a smooth customer service experience.
