Partner Configuration Requirements
White Label Portal Setup Guide Follow the steps below to get your branded portal fully configured and ready to launch.
Setup Portal Domain
Your white-label portal can be accessed via two domain configurations. Select the one that fits your branding strategy.

Edfapay Subdomain
If you choose a subdomain under edfapay.com, no action is required from your side.
Once you confirm your preferred subdomain, EdfaPay will handle all provisioning and configuration.
Your Own Full Domain
If you want your portal accessible at your own domain (e.g. businessname.com), follow the steps below.
1. Obtain Your SSL Certificate
Request an SSL certificate for your domain from any trusted Certificate Authority (CA).
Validity Requirement: The certificate must be valid for at least 12 months from the date of submission to EdFaPay. Certificates with less than 12 months of remaining validity will not be accepted.
2. Prepare Your Certificate Files
We require all three files listed below. These are typically provided by your SSL certificate issuer after purchase.

| CA Certificate | The Certificate Authority chain file |
Private Key (.key) | The private key from your SSL provider |
Tip: All three files are usually delivered together in a ZIP archive from your SSL provider. If you are missing any file, contact your SSL provider directly.
3. Send Files to EdFaPay
Once you have all three files ready, email them to our integration team.

Please include the following in your email:
Your business name
Your target domain
All three certificate files as attachments
4. DNS Configuration
Once your SSL certificate has been successfully received and installed, EdfaPay will provide you with a dedicated public IP address.
You will then be required to configure your DNS records with your domain registrar.
Create an A Record pointing your domain to the IP we provide:
Type : A
Host : @ (or your domain)
Value : [Public IP provided by EdFaPay]
TTL : 3600 (or as recommended by your provider)DNS propagation can take up to 24–48 hours after you save your DNS settings. Your portal will go live once propagation completes globally.
Requirements Summary Checklist
