This checklist helps validate both Payment Gateway and SoftPOS integrations to ensure a smooth and secure launch.
Integration Validation
Payment Validation Flow
Validate your integration by performing test payments.
Ensure your system correctly retrieves transaction statuses.
Confirm your backend processes real-time payment notifications.
Expected Behavior
Your integration should be able to complete a full payment cycle, starting from initiating a transaction to receiving the final result.
The system must correctly handle success and failure cases, update order status, and rely on webhook notifications or status APIs for confirmation.
SDK Integration
Integrate the SoftPOS SDK into your mobile application and configure it using your credentials.
Ensure the SDK is properly initialized and can establish a secure session with EdfaPay services.
Device & Environment Setup
The application must be installed on a supported Android device with NFC enabled.
Device registration and activation should be completed successfully, and connectivity with EdfaPay services must be stable.
Transaction Testing
Initiate transactions from the mobile application and verify successful processing.
Validate handling of failed or declined transactions.
Ensure NFC-based payment flow is working correctly.
Feature Validation
All implemented features within the application should function as expected, including payment processing, transaction history, and any additional enabled capabilities.
The user experience must remain consistent and stable across all flows.
Dashboard & Reporting
Transactions processed through SoftPOS must appear correctly in the dashboard.
Reports, financial data, and settlement records should accurately reflect all activities.
Stability & Error Handling
The application should handle real-world scenarios such as network interruptions, session expiration, and retry logic without failures.
Errors should be clearly communicated and recoverable.
Webhook Validation
Ensure your backend receives and processes webhook notifications for all SoftPOS transactions.
Request Go Live
Once all validation steps are completed and your integration is verified, you can submit your Go Live request.
Submit your request only after completing all validation steps successfully to ensure a smooth production launch.
